Designed the GIR Pastry Mat from concept through final print production — a functional kitchen tool that doubles as a beautifully considered design object. Working with my team at Pattern Brands, I owned the full creative process: translating precise measurements, unit conversions, and expert baking tips into a layout that's intuitive to use mid-recipe, visually clean, and built to last on any countertop.
